The overall design language is in compliance with Vastu principles to create a pattern that of systematic facades in elevations.

A sequence of courtyards is continued throughout the structure to create a play of heights with respect to variety of spaces. A walkway/passage is designed to create an extension to the sequence which gives a sense of transparency in between the areas overlooking the pool.

A neutral color scheme is followed to have an underlying effect to the overall structure/facades.
