Drawing attention to minimalism with play of light, spaces intertwine with each other. Courtyard being one of the element, it provides privacy as well as ambience. Glass windows, take us back to raw and simpler times by use of black windows that date back its beginning from the 20th century.

Use of sleek frames and moulding, we add a modern touch with classic roots. It exhibits a sense of character and timelessness. Creating warm tones in between spaces like the entrance and the pool, entices the use to walk through it.
